Maryland Music Educator, the official journal of the Maryland Music Educators Association, will continue to be delivered digitally with advertising, that will be emailed to all Maryland music teachers and supervisors. Our digital quarterly journal will also be posted on the MMEA website at We reach all areas of music education throughout the metro and mid-Atlantic region, plus MMEA partners and supporters: band, choral, orchestra, general music, research, elementary, middle, senior high, college, university, private schools, private teachers, and music supervisors. This represents an audience of over 50,000.

Take your visibility to the next level with additional advertising in our two print conference program books in October and March. Each conference program book reaches over 650 attendees, clinicians, exhibitors, and advertisers.  Join our advertising family at Discounts of 10% are offered on all advertising, journal as well as conference program advertising, to those contracting advertising in all four journal issues, beginning with the Fall Issue.

To process your order: 1. Print and include the completed order form with payment; 2. Press the "Submit" button on the form. 3. Make check/money order payable to MMEA by the deadline; 4. Dates for journal ad contract submission are August 20, October 1, January 2, and March 15. All four issues will contain feature articles to inspire and help teachers as well as articles from leadership with news of the organization and its areas (band, chorus, orchestra, general music, research, technology, college music education, etc.). Events and articles of seasonal interest will appear in the appropriate issues. Dates for the conference program and contract submission are September 4, 2019, for the October 18, 2019, Fall In-Service Day; and January 28, 2020, for the March 13-14, 2020, Annual Conference. The 10% discount will continue to apply to all advertising for those requesting advertising in all four journal issues, beginning with the Fall Issue.
